Welcome to our FAQ page! Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about shopping at Javier Kitchen Store.

1. Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other Shopify-supported payment methods. All payments are processed securely.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, processing begins and changes may not be possible. Please contact support@javierkitchenstore.shop immediately.

2. Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping is free within Spain and the EU. International shipping costs €12.99 for orders under €70 and is free for orders over €70.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days
    Processing time is 1–2 business days.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package online.

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. For details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Returns within Spain and the EU are free. International returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Products & Usage

Q: Are your products safe for home use?
A: Yes! All products are designed for home or professional kitchen use, made from high-quality, food-safe materials.

Q: Can I use your cookware on all stovetops?
A: Most of our pans and cookware are compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction stovetops. Product descriptions specify any exceptions.

Q: Do you offer product warranties?
A: Yes, we provide limited warranties for manufacturing defects. Please contact support@javierkitchenstore.shop for warranty details.
